ALAN POSEY
LEAD PASTOR & ELDER
Alan is the founding pastor of CrossPointe and has lived in Newton County since 1982. He and his wife Bonnie have two children and eleven grandchildren. He holds degrees from the University of West Georgia (BA, Philosophy), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), Columbia Theological Seminary (DMin), and Liberty University (PhD). He is also Associate Professor at Luther Rice Seminary.

EXECUTIVE & WORSHIP PASTOR
Russ joined the team at CrossPointe in March of 2020. He and his wife, Ashley, have three boys (Caleb, Sam, and Jacob), and live in Loganville.
Russ has served churches in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Georgia in various roles over the past 20 years. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Christian Ministry at Liberty University.
