In the Old Testament, we learn about tithing—giving ten percent of what you earn to the Lord. In the New Testament, Jesus speaks more about generosity than percentages. No matter how you look at it, God cares about how we manage our money. The reality is that it all belongs to him anyway, but we're still responsible for investing it wisely.
We like to say it this way when it comes to money: it's not what we want from you but what we want for you. We've seen what God can do when his people practice generosity, and we don't want you to miss out on that blessing.
If you’re anxious about taking that first step, start small—10, 20, or 50 bucks. The amount isn't nearly as important as the heart behind it. And as you see God's faithfulness in the little things, we pray you'll gain the confidence to trust him with bigger things. Because you can't out-give God. And if you're already giving faithfully, we challenge you to see what He can do with even more—in your home, your community, and around the world.
